Returns & Refunds
Because our peanut butter and honey are food products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping & Processing
Every Reid's Gourmet order is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, although some orders may ship sooner.
Once your shipping label has been created, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders may be canceled any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
