September at Reid’s Gourmet: Apple Pie Peanut Butter + Whipped Honey Season
There’s something about September that makes me ready for all the cozy flavors again.
Apples. Cinnamon. Warm toast. Peanut butter. Honey.
And this month, there’s plenty of all of it happening at Reid’s Gourmet.
September’s Flavor of the Month: Apple Pie Peanut Butter
If apple pie and peanut butter sound like they belong together, you’re my kind of person.
Apple Pie Peanut Butter is September’s Flavor of the Month, and it was made for this time of year.
It has that familiar apple pie flavor mixed into creamy peanut butter for something that feels a little special without being complicated.
Spread it on warm toast in the morning. Add a spoonful to oatmeal. Try it with apple slices. Or, as I usually recommend with peanut butter, just grab a spoon. 😂
It’s the kind of flavor that makes an ordinary snack feel a little more like fall.
And because it’s the Flavor of the Month, it won’t be hanging around forever.

Whipped Honey Season Is Here Too

Peanut butter gets a lot of attention around here, but this month I’ve got a couple of seasonal whipped honey flavors that deserve some attention of their own.
If you’ve never tried whipped honey, the texture is part of what makes it so good.
It’s smooth, creamy and spreadable. Instead of immediately running off your toast, biscuit or English muffin, it stays right where you put it.
And for a limited time, I have two flavors that are perfect for the transition from summer into fall.
Peach Whipped Honey
Peach Whipped Honey brings a little bit of late-summer flavor with it.
Smooth, creamy whipped honey with peach makes this one an easy addition to toast, biscuits, English muffins or even a warm bowl of oatmeal.
It's a nice way to hang onto that fresh peach flavor just a little longer before summer is completely behind us.
And because Peach Whipped Honey is a limited-edition flavor, once it's gone, it's gone.
Harvest Whipped Honey
Then we have Harvest Whipped Honey.
This is the one that says fall is coming.
Made with orange, cloves and cinnamon, it has those warm, familiar flavors that just seem to fit when the mornings start getting cooler.
Try it on warm toast, biscuits, muffins or anywhere you want a little creamy honey with a seasonal twist.
If you're someone who starts looking forward to cozy fall flavors the minute September arrives, Harvest is probably going to be your jar.
And just like Peach, Harvest Whipped Honey is a limited-edition flavor.
Peanut Butter + Whipped Honey? Absolutely.
Now here's where things get really good.
You don't have to choose between peanut butter and whipped honey.
Put them together.
Apple Pie Peanut Butter with a little Harvest Whipped Honey on warm toast?
Yes, please.
The apple, orange, cinnamon and clove flavors make that combination feel like September on a piece of toast.
You can also pair Apple Pie Peanut Butter with Peach Whipped Honey for something a little different. Apple and peach together give you a sweeter, fruitier combination that still works beautifully with peanut butter.
And there's nothing wrong with keeping it really simple either.
Peanut butter. Whipped honey. Bread.
Sometimes the simplest combinations are the ones you keep going back to.
A Little Taste of the Season

One of my favorite things about making Reid’s Gourmet products is coming up with flavors that make everyday food a little more interesting.
You don't need a complicated recipe or twelve ingredients.
Sometimes it's just warm toast, an open jar of peanut butter and a spoonful of whipped honey.
And on a cool September morning?
That's pretty hard to beat.
Apple Pie Peanut Butter is here as September’s Flavor of the Month, and Peach and Harvest Whipped Honey are here for a limited time.
Three seasonal flavors.
A whole lot of possibilities.
And now the only hard part is deciding which jar to open first.
